With more than 50,000 employees around the world, employee management is a major challenge for companies. As part of its transversal activity, the Human Resources Department of Essilor Europe must fully control its organization. To do this, it must be able to have reliable and up-to-date data on staff and organization. Since information is available in different places on the Information System, the main challenge is to create a centralized HR repository shared by all, guaranteeing the quality of the data.
