Simplicité Software, has found an original solution to promote its software platform for professional management computing: to be a sponsor of the Virtual Vendée Globe race: Virtual Regatta. Anything but anecdotal, this virtual sponsorship generated an attractive return on investment for the software publisher.
Among the 450,000 virtual skippers who compete on the net under the same conditions as the 20 navigators in the real race, Simplicité Software sponsors its own boat. Indeed, the strong media coverage of the real and virtual race event generates strong audiences as well as a significant number of visits for the sponsor company.
Ranked 5600th, the Simplicité Software boat, piloted by Patrick Robaglia, attracts nearly 2,000 visitors to the company's site every day at this edition.
